Approved purchase orders and sales orders are synchronized into the WMS integration queue.
Receive & Inspect
Capture delivered kilograms, batch, expiry, quality result, documents, damage and receiving variance.
Label & Auto-Bin
Generate an LPN QR/barcode and calculate the best compatible bin using capacity and storage rules.
Repack & Reconcile
Convert approved bulk urea kilograms into 50 kg bags while separating output, residual, spillage and variance.
Pick & Stage
Allocate using FEFO, scan the source bin and batch, then move verified quantities to customer staging.
